Komodo 2-Day and 1-Night Shared Trip From Labuan Bajo 

The Komodo 2-day shared trip from Labuan Bajo is for travelers with a low budget. Pick-up service starting between 09:30 a.m. and 10:45 a.m. to Labuan Bajo Harbor.

We offer short trips to Komodo Island from Labuan Bajo Harbor. Our packages include two lunches, one dinner, and one breakfast on the boat. The maximum number of participants is 18 people. The room is available as a private cabin room or shared cabin room, all with air conditioning.

Komodo Island is famous for being home to the Komodo dragon, the largest lizard on Earth. Please book in advance to ensure you get a room on the boat.

How to book: Komodo share Packages 2 Days 

1. Email the date, the hotel in Labuan Bajo, and the type of room (private cabin or shared cabin).
2. Send a passport photo and full name (email or WhatsApp +62 822 3530 5550)
3. Payment: 30% deposit, and send it to PayPal or a bank account.
4. Payment confirmation will be send after the deposit sent

What cabin do we recommend to you for the (2-day) Komodo boat sharing tour?

• For two people or a couple, staying in a private cabin is a good option for more privacy.
• For families with kids, sharing a cabin is a great option. Keep staying together in one room.
• Solo travel. Stay in a shared cabin and sleep with someone of the same gender.

• Sharing a Komodo package arranged by our local partner company in Labuan Bajo
• All sharing trip companies will work together; there are minimum and maximum participants to join the trip.
• This program tour is sharing; you cannot get better service, like private trip

What is the price of the Komodo Share Packages for 2 days?

• Sharing Cabin: IDR 2,850,000 per person or US$ 190 with air conditioning and a Komodo ticket included.
• Private Cabin: IDR 3,300,000 per person or US$ 220 with air conditioning, and Komodo ticket and ranger included.

Itinerary: Komodo Share Packages 2 Days 

Day 1: Lunch and Dinner on the boat

1. Estimate 09.30-10.30 am: Pick up hotel or airport for transfer to Labuan Bajo Harbor
2. 11.00 am Sail to Kelor Island for trekking or hiking.
3. 13.00 Manjerite Beach snorkeling or swimming
4. 15.00 Kalong Island: see sunset and bats
5. 18.00 Boat to Kambing Island from Kalong-Padar. Boat overnight around at Padar Island

Day 2: Breakfast and lunch on the boat

1. 05.00 Padar Island Trekking or hiking
2. 08.00 Pink Beach or Long Beach snorkeling, swimming and walk on the beach
3. 10:00 Komodo Island: see Komodo dragon
4. 14.00 Komodo Island sail back Labuan Bajo Harbor
5. 17.00 Transfer back to the hotel, End trip

• The balance you must pay in cash on tour

Cancellation policy:

• All payment refunds for cancellations made up to 7 days.
• A 50% charge applies for cancellations within 5 days
• A full charge is applicable for cancellations within 48 hours.

Things to bring on the trip:

• Clothing: A swimsuit, light clothing for after-water activities, and an evening outfit
• Sun protection: Reef-safe sunscreen, a wide-brimmed hat, and polarized sunglasses
• Footwear: Hiking sandals or shoes, or water shoes or sandals for walking on the beach
• Toiletries: Toothbrush and other toiletries
• Other equipment: Dry bags, wet wipes, headset or earplugs, power bank, and a hard drive for documentation
• Personal items: Towel, identification, and cash
• Snacks and hydration: Extra water and snacks to tide you over between meals
• Hand sanitizer. Wash hands.

Tips snorkeling in Komodo Island tour

• Bring your own mask & snorkel (better fit & hygiene)
• Snorkel close to the shoreline for colorful coral and reef fish.
• Use water shoes or fins—coral can be sharp
• Be aware of jellyfish: they’re not common and can appear seasonally.
• Never touch or step on coral, manta rays & turtles
• Don’t chase fish—float and let them approach
• Wear a rash guard for sun protection and comfort.
• Enter water together
• Use a life vest (totally normal); the current in Komodo is very strong
• Don’t fight the current—float and signal

How to stay steady:

1. Put fins on in the water, not on the boat.
2. Hold the side of the boat & sliding in
3. Use the ladder (ask the captain).
4. Fix the snorkel on the left side
5. Wet your mask with seawater first

Back to the boat safely:

1. Remove fins in the water.
2. Hand them to the crew.
3. Climb slowly using both hands.
4. Sit on the edge of the boat.
5. Mask and snorkel held firmly on your face
6. One hand on mask, one on back of head
7. Roll backward into water
8. Open the fins in the water
9. Get the boat from the stair
10. Don’t walk with fins in the boat.
