Mount Rinjani 4 days and 3 nights of trekking starting from Sembalun village, The trekking route is specially designed for all Trekkers, Beginners, and Advance. The trek covers the Crater Rim Sembalun Lake, Hot spring, Cave, Summit of Mount Rinjani, and Crater Rim Senaru

The trek starts from Sembalun Village and finishes at Senaru Village. It is available on request for individuals or groups aged 11–50 years old. People who have mountain sickness are not recommended to do this trek.

Overview: Mount Rinjani Trekking, 4 days 3 Nights from Sembalun

Itinerary: Mount Rinjani trekking 4 days

Day 01: Breakfast Box from Hotel, Lunch and dinner on the mountain (walk 7 hours and distance 10 km) Mount Rinjani Trekking 4 Days

  • Pick up at the hotel at 5.00 am transfer to Sembalun direct Registration at Rinjani Information Center (RIC) 1051m
  • 09.00 Start the trek to POS 1 (Pos Pemantauan 1.300 M). 2-hour walk, Take a rest of 10 minutes at POS 1.
  • Walk to POS 2 for 1 hour (Pos Tengengean, 1.500m), take a rest for 10 minutes,
  • Continue to POS 3 (Pada Balong, 1.800 m), a 1-hour walk. Lunch will prepare at POS 3, and We will rest for 2 hours.
  • Continue walking up 3 hours to Crater Rim (Plawangan Sembalun, 2.639m ).
  • Dinner and Overnight at Crater Rim Sembalun, enjoy Sunset and Sunrise for the next day.

Day 02.Breakfast, Lunch and dinner On the mountain ( walk 9 hours and distance 8.5 km)

  • Wake up at 02.30 Am, have a light breakfast, and leave at 3.00 am
  • Heading to Summit Rinjani (3.726), walking time is approximately 3 hours and 20 minutes.
  • From summit, You can see Lombok Island, Bali, Sumbawa, and Segara Anak Lake.
  • Back to camp to get breakfast crater rim sembalun
  • Walk down to Segara Anak Lake and Hot Spring Water for 3 hours.
  • Lunch will provide by the Lake Segara Anak hot springs, just 100 meters from the Lake Segara anak
  • Camping at Segara Anak Lake, Enjoy the Lake and surround it.
  • Dinner and sleep at Segara Anak

Activities Day 03:Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner on the mountain ( walk 4 hours and distance 2,5 km) Mount Rinjani Trekking 4 Days

  • Segara Anak Lake, new baby volcano, and having breakfast at Segara Anak Lake.
  • Spend more time enjoying the Lake and hot spring water.
  • After lunch, we will prepare a journey to Goa Susu and continue the Journey down the river and uphill to Plawangan Senaru by 3–4 hours walk.
  • Camping at Senaru Crater Rim and enjoying your dinner here

Day 04:Breakfast and Lunch on the mountain ( walk 6 hours and distance 9,5 km)

  • After breakfast and enjoying the Sunrise prepare to walk down to Senaru
  • Lunch will prepare on the way between POS 2 or POS EXTRA.
  • Arrive at Senaru Rinjani Trekking Centre around 01.00 pm.
  • Prepare yourself for transfer to Senggigi, Mataram, or Bangsal

Important Notes: Mount Rinjani Trekking 4 Days

  1. Minimum participant 2 person
  2. If participant stays in Kuta area additional fare transport IDR 250.000 one way.
  3. This trekking program is not suitable for beginner trekkers.
  4. Required a good level of fitness and strong walks.
  5. Trekking is not allowed for children under 5th years old.
  6. People with mountain sickness or height phobias are not allowed to join this trek.
