Terms and Conditions: Booking Lombok Holidays Tour

Terms and conditions (T&C) Booking Lombok Holidays Tours are legal agreements between a business and a customer or end user that establish the terms and conditions of their relationship. They outline the rules for using a service or product and the rights and responsibilities of both parties.

Reservations: 

1. All reservations are to be made either via email: info@bookinglombokholidays.com or bookinglombokholidays@gmail.com. What’s App: +62 822 3530 5550  (Komang Rastu).
2. A name list and details of arrival and departure shall follow every booking.
3. All prices that we presented in the tour package can be changed and are not final yet until confirmed to book the tour.

Cancellation and no-show fee: 

1. A full refund will be issued for cancellations made up to 7 days.
2. A 50% charge applies for cancellations within 5 days
3. Full charge is applicable for cancellations within 48 hours.

Terms of payment: 

• Deposit payment you can pay to our Bank Account or PayPal
• We are not responsible for any taxes.
• The balance you must pay in cash on tour
