Terms and Conditions: Booking Lombok Holidays Tour

Booking terms at Booking Lombok Holidays Tour are absolute conditions that all participants must obey. Please read carefully to avoid misunderstandings while booking the tour with us.

Reservations

1. All reservations are to be made either via email: info@bookinglombokholidays.com or bookinglombokholidays@gmail.com. What’s App: +62 822 3530 5550  (Komang Rastu).
2. A name list and details of arrival and departure shall follow every booking.
3. All prices that we presented in the tour package can be changed and are not final yet until confirmed to book the tour.

Cancellation and no-show fee: Terms And Conditions

1. There is no charge for cancellations made 5 days or more before the arrival date for individual bookings and 15 days or more for groups.
2. 50% will be charged for any cancellation less than 2 days before the arrival date.
3. Less than 24 hours’ notice and voluntary no-shows will be charged in full for the total booking.

Terms of payment

• All transactions will be based on full advance payment at least 5 days before each group’s arrival date.
• We require a 30% deposit in advance. Once the tour is confirmed, payment can be settled through a wire transfer to our bank account or PayPal.
• We are not responsible for any taxes charged by the bank during the money transfer process.
• Additional 5% payment through PayPal
• Additional 5% tax payment through credit card (VISA and Mastercard) or PayPal
• Any outstanding payment amount, if applicable, is to be paid directly upon arrival and before any services commence.
