Term of Payment:

Cancellation policy:

• Full refund for cancellation noticed 15 days before arrival
• Cancellation within 7 days of the trip is charged 50% of the package price
• Last minute cancellation (one day or on the day of the trip) is full payment charge

1. The customer accepts our request, if there is change such as pick up service, location, pick up time & change pick update.
2. Special order such as baby car seat, baby stroller (mention on your booking)
3. Lombok Travel Agency has full right to refuse or cancel the order, if a customer is not respect with the driver, bad behavior and commit an act of violence
4. We are entitled to refuse the order if the number of passengers more than the capacity of the car
5. Price is not valid during MotoGP Period
