Mount Rinjani Trekking: 4 Days and 3 Nights
Mount Rinjani: 4 days and 3 nights of trekking starting from Sembalun village. The trek to the Crater Rim Sembalun, Lake, Hot Spring, Cave, Summit of Mount Rinjani, and Crater Rim Senaru. This trekking is a long journey, and trekking is relaxing.
We do not recommend it for people who suffer from asthma or allergies to cold weather.

Overview: Mount Rinjani Trekking, 4 Days, 3 Nights from Sembalun

Itinerary: Mount Rinjani trekking 4 days
Day 01: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner (walk 7 hours and a distance of 10 km) Mount Rinjani Trekking 4 Days
- Pick up at the hotel at 5.00 am transfer to Sembalun Registration at Rinjani Information Center (RIC) 1051m
- 09.00 Start the trek to POS 1 (Pos Pemantauan 1.300 M). 2-hour walk; take a rest of 10 minutes at POS 1.
- Walk to POS 2 for 1 hour (Pos Tengengean, 1,500 m), take a rest for 10 minutes,
- Continue to POS 3 (Pada Balong, 1,800 m), a 1-hour walk. Lunch at POS 3, and we will rest for 2 hours.
- Continue walking up 3 hours to Crater Rim (Plawangan Sembalun, 2,639 m).
- Dinner and overnight at Crater Rim Sembalun; enjoy sunset and sunrise the next day.
Day 02: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner (walk 9 hours and distance 8.5 km)
- Wake up at 02.30 Am, have a light breakfast, and leave at 3.00 am
- Heading to Summit Rinjani (3,726), walking time is approximately 3 hours and 20 minutes.
- From the summit, you can see Lombok Island, Bali, Sumbawa, and Segara Anak Lake.
- Back to camp to get breakfast at Crater Rim Sembalun.
- Walk down to Segara Anak Lake and Hot Spring Water for 3 hours.
- Lunch at the Lake Segara Anak hot springs, just 100 meters from the Lake Segara anak
- Camping at Segara Anak Lake, enjoy the lake and its surroundings.
- Dinner and sleep at Segara Anak

Activities Day 03: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner (walk 4 hours and a distance of 2.5 km)
- Segara Anak Lake, a new baby volcano, and having breakfast at Segara Anak Lake.
- Spend more time enjoying the lake and hot spring water.
- Walk to Goa Susu and down the river and uphill to Plawangan Senaru, a 3–4 hour walk, after lunch.
- Camping at Senaru Crater Rim and enjoying your dinner here
Day 04: Breakfast and Lunch on the mountain (walk 6 hours and a distance of 9.5 km)
- After breakfast and enjoying the sunrise, prepare to walk down to Senaru
- Lunch is on the way between POS 2 and POS EXTRA.
- Arrive at Senaru Rinjani Trekking Centre around 01.00 pm.
- Prepare yourself for transfer to Senggigi, Mataram, or Bangsal
