• Listen to your guide like they’re the DJ of the river. Their commands matter.
• Know the swim position: feet up, toes out of the water
• Hold the paddle correctly (one hand on the T-grip, one on the shaft) to avoid busted knuckles.
• Paddle together
• Avoid big rocks and holes (your guide will help).
• Go with the current, not against it.

Hiking Waterfalls Benang stokel & Kelambu

• Trail time: Parking → Benang Stoke l: ~15–30 minutes & Stoke l → Benang Kelambu: ~15–20 minutes more
• Watch your footing: rocks, roots, and steps can be slick—take it slow.
• Stay on marked paths: vegetation is dense and the ground uneven.
