3. The driver speaks English skills will be provided.
4. Lombok Travel Agency has full right to refuse or cancel the order, if a customer is disrespectful with the driver, bad behavior and commit an act of violence
5. Booking Lombok Holidays Tour is entitled to refuse the order if the number of passengers more than the capacity of the car
6. Using car more than the agreement will be charged IDR 100.000 Per Hour
7. If participants more then 10 people, will get a special rate and type of car

Term of Payment:

• Payment in advance 30% as the deposit of your reservation via PayPal online payment
• The balance to be settle with cash on arrival

Cancellation policy:

• Full refund for cancellation noticed 15 days before arrival
• Cancellation within 7 days of the trip is charged 50% of the package price
• Last minute cancellation (one day or on the day of the trip) is full payment charge
