Mount Rinjani Trekking for 3 days and 2 nights starting in Torean is an adventurous trek and requires strong energy. On the top of Mount Rinjani, you will see the view of Lombok Island, Gili, and a beautiful sunrise. The trek destination is Crater Rim Torean, Lake Segara Anak, Crater Rim Sembalun, and Summit Mount Rinjani.
Not recommended for those who suffer from asthma, allergies to cold temperatures, or are pregnant to join this trekking.

Itinerary: Mount Rinjani Trekking Start Torean Village 3 Days and 2 Nights
Day 01. Lunch and dinner at the mountain (walk 10-11 hours). Overnight at Mount Propok
- Pick up at hotel 05.00, transfer to Torean Village, Breakfast by breakfast Box from hotel
- 07:00 am: Arrive at Torean Village and Registration at the RTC (Rinjani Trekking Centre Torean)
- 08.00 AM: Walking for 30-40 minutes to the gate at 779 m with green plants of coffee trees, Bamboo, etc.
- Walk 30-40 minutes. Passing the tropical rainforest, 15-minute break having snack
- Continue walking to the jungle, to POS 1, and see black monkeys and big trees on the trail.
- 09.00 short break at Post I. Drink coffee or tea
- 09.00 Walk up 2 hours to POS 2 (Barisan Nangka), 1,078 m above sea level
- 11.00 Arrival at Post 2, Plawangan. Take a break and have lunch, fresh fruits, and soft drinks.
- 12.00 After lunch, walk up to post 3; the route passes Penimbungan Waterfall, 1,299 m above sea level.
- 14.00 Penimbungan waterfall and post 3, we continue walking up to post 4 (Babanan Propok, 1,585 m) for 3 hours
- 17.00 Arrive at Propok, Rest
- 18.00 Dinner at Propok and overnight; enjoy amazing views of the new baby volcano and lake
Day 02: Breakfast, Lunch, and dinner at mountain (walk 7-8 hours) Overnight at Crater Rim Sembalun
- 07:00 Wake up, Breakfast, and enjoy the view of Segara Anak Lake at Propok Camp
- 08.00 Walk Down to Lake Segara Anak; walk for 3-4 hours down
- 12.00 Arrive at Lake Segara Anak, have lunch, and see the hot spring and Cave Susu.
- 14.00 Prepare to Trek up to Crater Rim Sembalun after lunch, 3 to 4 hours up and down trails
- 18.00 Arrive at Crater Rim Sembalun, enjoy the sunset over the lake, and view Rinjani summit and Sembalun.
- 19.00 Dinner and overnight at Crater RIM Sembalun (2,639 m)
Day 03. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the mountain. Walk 11-12 hours. Next Destination
- Wake up at 02:00 a.m. and trek to the summit at 3726 m, a hard trail with loose sand
- 2.5 hours of trekking to the summit of Rinjani (3,726 m)
- 05:30 am: Enjoy the amazing sunrise view from the summit (Mount Agung Bali and Sumbawa views).
- 06.00 am Return to the camp crater rim in Sembalun, and enjoy a view of Segara Anak Lake.
- 08.00: Get breakfast at Crater Rim Sembalun
- 08.30 Leave the crater rim of Sembalun by the same route to Sembalun village (Lunch on the way)
- Will arrive in Sembalun village around 16.00 p.m.
- 16.00 PM: Transfer back to the hotel. End program.

- Stuff clothes into a dry bag for a pillow
